6. Embodied Reading and Writing (ERW) Therapy
Writing techniques known as ERW put the writing process, individual expression, and self-reflection before writing as a product or artifact. Applications for ERW may be discovered in a range of contexts, including businesses, jails, hospitals, and social agencies. The emphasis is typically on one's personal development and well-being, the efficient running of a team or organization, or the lack of any clearly visible medical conditions. However, it is important to note three aspects of this type of writing that have the potential to be therapeutic. Firstly, ERW can lessen the effects of trauma and provide new perspectives on the experience. Secondly, the creative process provides opportunities for self-actualization; and thirdly, ERW can support holistic and self-supporting healthcare. This portion will subsequently examine differences in the therapeutic use of writing; thus, it is crucial to describe these theories quickly. ERW has a "therapeutic" impact by enabling participants to access their mental and emotional resources and subtly enabling a patient-centered criticism of biological notions of health. This creates meaning-making opportunities that institutional clinical practice regularly and inadvertently restricts or denies.
7. Art and Therapy
Yoga and Dance are necessary for positive and happy hormone secretion like Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins. Clay therapy and Mandala art are important for stress and anxiety management. Nail Art can be developed for concentration issues.
